感谢邀请，问题有点模糊，中国孩子移民后就和本地居民一样，假期一般就是和父母一起露营，出海，旅游等等，大一点的孩子会选择出国游历（OE）。新西兰学生的假期很多，很少有学生假期参加以提高学习成绩为目的的补习班。这是整个社会的选拔机制造成的，没兴趣读书的可以选择自己感兴趣的技术，一个有经验的电工收入很容易超过一个公司的高层经理，当然华人家庭多数还是希望孩子能成为一名专业人士，做个蓝领多少是心有不甘的，根深蒂固的面子观念还是会顾及。根本来说新西兰的教育也确实能更好地和社会对技能的需求挂钩，而不是千军万马过独木桥，一考定终生。
